A minimum 5 days notice is required for most cases.

Complicated, special, or bulk orders may require longer time of preparation. Some festival dates or holiday seasons can be very popular that you may only secure a slot about 3~4 weeks in advance.

Whether an order can be taken on that date is subject to the slot availability. Although we will try our very best to sync up the information, the available slots displayed in this website may not reflect our actual availability.

For orders placed for advance future date of more than 1 months, a deposit of 70% equivalent of the product cost is required. The balance is to be paid 1 week prior.

For all other orders, the collection/delivery slot will be confirmed only if full payment is received.

Most of the preparation work will commence prior to the actual day. Therefore, any change or cancellation request will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, depending on the status of preparation before it be accepted by us.

If a change or cancellation request is accepted, no refunds will be issued for any excess payment. The excess amount, however, after deducting the cost of preparation work completed to date, can be used as credit for future purchases.

No credit will be issued for a change or cancellation request made within the last three days prior to the actual day.

Please note that $10 administrative fee will be charged for the accepted cancellation or change request to ensure proper processing and communication administratively.

Unfortunately, our kitchen is not yet Halal certified. However, we have been using Halal-friendly ingredients in our products.

If you are ordering a cake or cupcakes for consumption in school, please clarify with the school on whether a certificate is required upfront to avoid potential order changes/cancellation.

Yes and No.

All cakes will be of similar theme, colouring, concept, and look & feel as illustrated in the picture. But yet, every handcrafted cake is unique for it’s hand made. We will try our best to present the cake as illustrated in pictures but it will also carry our own design elements and patterns, especially when the requested size and height are different from the original illustration.

If you’re seriously concerned about every single detail of difference between the actual cake and the reference picture, you’re advised to give it a more careful consideration before planning an custom-made cake.
